Cold stamping starts from flat sheet metal – the coil – and shapes it permanently. The material is deformed beyond its elastic limit but without reaching the breaking point: the metal's structure is unchanged and the part keeps its mechanical properties and strength.
We work with high-tech presses and dedicated dies that transmit the required blanking or forming force to the sheet.
A finished component often requires several combined operations, depending on the complexity of the part and the material.
