Cold forming of steel, high-strength steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and other metal sheet. Direct Tier 1 supplier to the Stellantis Group since 2013.
Raw material arrives as coils or blanks and is fed to the presses by decoiler or destacker. Stamping is carried out in transfer, progressive or manual mode on mechanical presses from 150 to 2000 tonnes, with beds up to 6 × 2.5 metres.
Components are then assembled with lap spot, projection and CO₂ welding, on locating and clamping fixtures designed and industrialised in-house to customer specifications.
Every batch is checked for dimensions and tolerances, mechanical performance and surface finish, to the customer's specifications. The management system is certified to IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
