An industrial group born in Basilicata

Founded in 1987 by Paolo Patrone and Michele Mongiello, PM Gruppo has grown around two complementary skills: cold forming of sheet metal and metal surface finishing.

In 2013, after major commercial and industrial investments, Patrone e Mongiello S.p.A. became a direct Tier 1 supplier to the Stellantis Group.

How the group is organised

• Patrone e Mongiello S.p.A. – cold stamping, assembly and in-house toolroom. About 85% of revenue.
• KH Automotive S.r.l. – electroplating, surface treatments and mechanical processing. About 15% of revenue.
• Patrone & Mongiello Sp. z o.o. – the group's Polish company: head office in Bielsko-Biała and production plant in Nysa, with cold stamping, robotic welding and an in-house toolroom.
